What is well-being?

Why a well-being guide is needed
Journaling allows you to reflect on events, gain some emotional distance from things that have happened, and view problems and situations from a more objective perspective.
Writing about positive experiences, gratitude, and happy moments can elevate mood and increase feelings of happiness.
The process of writing is inherently therapeutic. It can help you organize your thoughts, express yourself, and process and deal with your emotions — both good and bad — in a positive, healthy way.
Goal
By bringing a holistic well-being guide, that draws on simple psychology and biohacking practices to market (independent variable), it will help people increase their well-being score (dependent variable), as created in the guide, by a minimum of 15% (expected impact) for the target audience of men and women, of any age, who are into personal development (context).
